本公司长年与冶金设计院合作，具备成套冶金电弧炉、钢包精炼炉和轧钢成套设备的设计、制造、维修服务能力，技术力量雄厚，加工、检测没备齐全、质量保证体系健全，并具备压力容器施工资质。
公司主要业务范围可分以下四大系列：
一、冶金电弧炉成套设备系列：
偏心炉体、炉盖提升及旋转装置、倾炉装置、升降立柱、导电横臂等全套设备的设计及制造。
二、冶金电炉水冷件系列：
超高功率冶金电弧炉水冷炉壳，水冷炉盖、水冷炉壁、水冷烟道、水冷炉门等的设计及制造。
三、冶金电炉辅机设备系列：
钢包、中间罐、废钢料罐、钢包及中间罐烘烤器、精炼炉电动平车、废钢数控称重电动平车及油氧枪、连铸机整套喷淋棍道装置等易损配件的制造。
四、冶金轧钢成套设备系列：
冷床精整、链式移送机、圆钢修磨机、倒轮机等成套设备的设计及制造。

The company is on the opposite bank of Jiangsu Taifu Xingchen Special Steel Co.,Ltd and has a convenient waterway and landway traffic advantage.

Our company has cooperated with the Metallurgy Research Institute for many years and is able to design, manufacture and repair the complete metallurgic set of electric arc furnaces, ladle refining furnaces and the complete set of steel rolling equipment. Our technical force is strong and the processing and inspection equipment is rather complete. The company has established a perfect quality guarantee system and has acquired the qualification to construct pressure vessels.

The company’s business field can be classified into the following four series:

The complete metallurgic set of electric arc furnaces:

Design and manufacture of the complete set of the equipment, including the eccentric furnace-body, the hoisting and rotation mechanism of furnace cover, the furnace tilting devices, the hoisting pillars and the current-conducting arms, etc.

Water-cooled Parts of the metallurgic electric furnace:

Design and manufacture of water-cooled furnace shell, furnace cover, furnace wall, smoke flue, furnace door of the super-highly powered metallurgic arc furnace.

Auxiliary equipment of the metallurgic electric furnace:

Manufacture of damageable auxiliary parts, such as the ladle, the tundish, the scrap container, the ladle and tundish preheater, the electric flat carriage of refining furnace, the digitally controlled scrap-weighing electric flat carriage, the oil-oxygen burner and the complete set of spray devices of the continuous caster.

The complete set of metallurgic steel rolling equipment:

Design and manufacture of the complete sets of cooling beds finish, chain transfers, round bar grinding machine, and bucket wheel machine, etc.
